What your new challenge will look like
- Developing and leading a team of transportation specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations
- Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
- Communicating regularly with customers and carriers regarding the status of transportation activities and initiatives
- Management of the logistics service provider’s process compliance
- Monitoring logistics performance and costs
- Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

- You have a university degree with professional experience and firm knowledge of transportation management in road freight
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in transportation execution and management as well as more than 2 years of experience in supervising and developing a team
- Results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation
- Adaptability to new situations and peak operation periods, with a structured approach to problem-solving
