Com reporte ao Gerente de Compras, o Buyer também apoiará e desenvolverá estratégias adequadas para oferecer melhor valor de compra de materiais, reduzir riscos, melhorar a qualidade e o serviço, bem como desenvolver e entregar um plano de compras que atenda ou exceda as metas e expectativas.

**QUAIS SERÃO SUAS RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Garantir o suprimento de materiais indiretos e serviços, facilitando a resolução de questões do dia a dia com os stakeholders e relacionamento com fornecedores.
- Criar e monitorar os pedidos de compra no sistema, cotação e negociação de preços.
- Participar na construção de estratégias da categoria de indiretos e desenvolvendo uma boa compreensão da dinâmica do mercado local.
- Mapear e desenvolver fornecedores que atendam a região da planta de Guarani.
- Analisar relatórios relevantes para acompanhamento dos principais KPIs da área.
- Fazer follow-up dos pedidos de materiais indiretos
- Analisar a performance e gestão dos principais fornecedores da categoria.

**COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS**:

- Graduação completa em Comércio Exterior, Engenharia, Administração e afins
- Experiência na área de compras de indiretos, preferencialmente em empresa multinacional
- Habilidades avançadas - verbais e escritas - em inglês e espanhol
- Experiência com pacote Office
- Experiência com sistemas TOTVs e SAP
