**bwise Media** is a global digital media agency specializing in the monetization of sports websites and apps. As a leader in the industry, we are looking for an experienced **Media Buyer** to join our talented team. Our company specializes in managing advertising sales to sports betting operators and works with the biggest and most popular sports portals worldwide.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to help us expand our partnerships in Brazil and the LATAM region. As a media buyer, you will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and optimizing media buys to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Find new partners to connect and negotiate with, as well as maintain existing network
- Develop and execute digital media buying strategies for sports betting campaigns
- Identify, negotiate, and secure media placements across various channels (display, social media, DOOH, mobile, etc.)
- Be the link between our sales team and publishers
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust media buys to optimize results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging media buying opportunities
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure campaign goals are met

**Requirements**:

- Proven perennial experience as a media buyer, especially in digital advertising, ideally within the iGaming industry
- In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian and LATAM media landscape
- Experience with media buying platforms and tools
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as an open mindset
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) to meet existing and connect with new potential partners
- Exisiting network of relevant digital publishers in Brazil and LATAM is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- **Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, business fluent in English is a must**:

- Ideally São Paolo based
