Recrutamos **Technical Account Manager **para fazer parte de um time focado em resultados. Você irá rodar ferramentas de diagnóstico para clientes, e durante reuniões semanais apresentar oportunidades de melhorias que podem ser implementadas (segurança, tamanho, custo, etc). Importante ter conhecimento de Cloud (principalmente AWS e AZure). Inglês intermediário para avançado para interagir em reuniões na América Latina e excelente comunicação e relacionamento com áreas de negócios é fundamental. Confira mais detalhes
**Requisitos**
- 5+ anos de experiência com TI
- 3+ anos de experiência em projetos de Cloud
- Amplo conhecimento em nuvem pública - generalista
- Certificação (Associate our Professional da AWS).
- Inglês intemediário para avançado, fará parte do dia-a-dia a comunicação no idioma.
- Capacidade de adquirir conhecimento constantemente, de forma autônoma
- Disciplina (principalmente de agenda e organização de demandas)
- Reuniões mensais com clientes na América Latina
- Reuniões semanais com TDMs Globais
- Onboarding de novos clientes
