Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide HR support to Human Resources Business Partners, leaders, and employees within [site, product group or group function]. This includes assisting in the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. You'll also support leaders and HR Business Partners in operational projects and recurring annual activities such as salary review, talent review, and performance management.

Additionally, you'll advise on HR policies and procedures, employee relations, performance, labor, and regulatory issues. Offering coaching to leaders to enhance workplace relationships and increase skill levels in employee management is another essential aspect of your role. You'll develop skills and provide advice, support, and coaching in the use of HR systems, such as remuneration/benefits and performance management. Conducting investigations into breaches of policy and procedure, ensuring fair and consistent resolution, will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you'll lead special projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, performance, and retention, and identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes and contribute to their implementation.

What You'll Bring
Experience in Human Resources: Experience working in HR roles with a focus on HR advisory functions.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and possess strong coaching and influencing abilities.
