**Seu papel na Baxter**
Será responsável por suportar o Gerente de Marketing na execução das atividades relacionadas ao gerenciamento dos produtos, desenvolvimento de materiais, eventos, atividades relacionadas a implementação das estratégias bem como liderar a equipe de estagiários e garantir apoio na execução dos trabalhos administrativos e operacionais inerentes às Divisões Hospitalar e Renal (eventos, material promocional, envio de amostras), seguindo critérios e padrões preestabelecidos.

**O que você vai fazer**
- Implementação do plano estratégico e tático de marketing junto à equipe de força de vendas e público-alvo, assegurando o atingimento de metas estabelecidas
- Acompanhamento do P&L de diferentes linhas de negocios buscando a maximização dos lucros da empresa
- Elaboração de análise de preços e margens com suporte da área financeira para definição de estratégia comercial nos diferentes canais (público, pivado e distribuidor) por região do país;
- Realização de previsão de vendas dos produtos a partir de análises e tendências de mercado e ações da concorrência;
- Prestar suporte à área na recepção de notas fiscais, inclusão no sistema e acompanhamento de pagamentos diversos junto aos estagiários
- Controlar todos os ativos da Divisão (bombas de infusão e vaporizadores) no que se refere a contratos, faturamento, manutenção e produtividade
- Apoiar a área na organização de eventos e congressos, mantendo contato com fornecedores e acompanhando todo o trâmite burocrático e infraestrutura requerida
- Prestar suporte administrativo à área de Vendas no que se refere ao envio de materiais promocionais, conforme cronograma preestabelecido,
- Acompanhamento de pagamentos e conferência de relatórios de despesas gerais garantindo o cumprimento de budget
- Prestar suporte na cotação de materiais promocionais, junto a fornecedores cadastrados
- Acompanhar/atualizar o cronograma de datas para o envio de materiais promocionais e correlatos para a equipe de vendas, seguindo critérios e padrões preestabelecidos.
- Cumprir as normas, procedimentos e políticas corporativas existentes na empresa, incluindo as pertinentes ao Sistema da Qualidade, Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente.

- Superior completo em Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas
- Inglês Avançado
- 3 anos de experiência na área
- Conhecimento avançado de Excel e Power Point
