**Minimum Requirements & Skills**:
- **+5 years work experience in similar roles**:
- **+2 years in Salesforce Ecosystem (must)**:
- Accountable for ensuring **assigned Partners meet the requirements **for technical pre-sales & post-sales capabilities to be a **credible Salesforce Partner.**
- Responsible for **enablement plan & delivery **for the assigned Partner
- Serves as a **member of the account team **& tied to the success of the partner.; owns pre & post sales activities
- Guides Partners and delivers enablement focused on capacity/credential gaps
