Job Description:
This Marcom Manager should join us as brand storyteller, orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences: HRs, Merchants, End users, and stakeholders.

Will be working directly in the construction of the communications strategy and supporting the GTM, Products, Commercial and other core business areas.

Will play a vital role alongside with the Brand & Comms team in shaping brand perception, building brand reputation and positioning, enhancing customer relationships strategy, and amplifying brand messaging.

Your next challenge
- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
- Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral for Pluxee’s internal and external audiences
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials and content
- Implementing online and offline media strategy to boost band exposure
- Tracking the effectiveness of various comms campaigns and course corrections as required
- Managing communications spending and working with vendors and agencies to create communications and marketing activities (events, sposorship, tradeshows etc) and develop supporting assets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication
- Managing communications vendors and agencies to create, printed material, promotional, ads, collateral etc
- Monitor and report on marketing communication performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Team management

You’re a match
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification in Marketing, Communications or equivalent preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing communication.
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role.
- Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish desirable
- Must have exceptional verbal & written communication skills
