About the Role

The Field Marketing Manager - BR is accountable for supporting sales revenue growth across Brazil through a well-balanced marketing plan with a specific focus on acquiring new logos and increasing market share. The role involves lead generation with a secondary focus on supporting local marketing activations and providing real-time event management support.

The Marketing Manager will act as a marketing advisor and support for LatAm GMs and DVP, ensuring that the marketing plan supports the country business objectives as well as the ESI key business drivers.

The Marketing Manager will have a direct responsibility and will be focused on Outbound Lead Generation and sales activation around core initiatives for the markets, in coordination with the ESI marketing operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Sensing: Understand the target market by persona, segment, and geography, and identify key competitor strategies.
  • Create a marketing plan aligned to ESI central strategy and local country needs.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns that deliver growth, leveraging ESI and Global tools and resources.
  • Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Country Management to create a shared sense of ownership and joint calendar of activity.
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities.
  • Play an active role in marketing communication and partner with regional product marketing to develop tools and programs.
  • Manage the budget allocated for growth initiatives and drive the best allocation for digital budget.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, report on impact, and ROI of programs.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking and executional skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven history of managing multiple projects on tight deadlines and driving meaningful results.
  • International business experience and exposure to working in large, global, and matrixed organizations.

Education and Experience
  • Native Portuguese speaker.
  • Excellent business English speaker.
  • Spanish language skills desired but not essential.
  • Extensive B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of sizeable new business wins.
