**Como será o seu dia a dia na Stark Bank**:

- Prospecções ativas e receptivas de novas contas;
- Mapeamento de oportunidades de potenciais novos negócios de acordo com os produtos da empresa;
- Manter e organizar um grande banco de dados de clientes potenciais e negócios no CRM;
- Apresentações institucionais, de projetos comerciais, negociações de preços e condições;
- Análise consultiva de segmentos, mercados e benchmarks;
- Atuação como farmer nos primeiros meses de conta dos clientes com foco em cross e up sell;
- Perfil Hunter e de relacionamento com clientes para gerar fidelização e Cross sell, conhecendo bem todas as linhas de produtos da Stark Bank;
- Identificar as melhores práticas e locais e replicá-las sempre que possível para melhorar continuamente os - processos e resultados dentro da equipe;
- Superar metas semanais, mensais e trimestrais para os principais indicadores: TPV, faturamento e novos clientes.

**O que esperamos de você**:

- Experiência de pelo menos 4 anos comercial hunter;
- Vivência no mercado financeiro ou fintechs;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação;
- Capacidade de trabalhar metodicamente e cumprir metas e prazos;
- Inglês intermediário/avançado;
- Perfil inconformado, foco no cliente e entusiasta por tecnologia.

- Conhecimento de uso de APIs e integrações;
- Carteira de clientes dos segmentos de Large Corporate, Fintech, Startup ou E-commerce.
