**What You Will Do**
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees in the local office on various benefits, payroll, and other HR process and programs related questions,
- Review and continually update HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with changing regulations and business needs,
- Partner with global HR team members to support positive employee relations through effective communication, policies and practices,
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies,
- Implement and manage administrative procedures,
- Conduct New Hire Orientation and employee onboarding,
- Coordinate company events for the local office,
- Conduct entrance and exit interviews and identify trends and possible remedial actions,
- Support and implement various Human Resource practices and processes,
- Manage the employee-employer relation regarding relevant legislation and company procedures.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field
- Min 3 years of experience in Human Resources or similar work field
- Ability to build relationships with and influence all levels of employees including leadership level of organization
- Excellent command of English
