O Beer Garage é o hub de inovação tecnológica da empresa e responsável por identificar e testar a tecnologia emergente que mudará o roteiro para a organização. Este departamento tem o perfil empolgante de lidar com a primeira aplicação de novas tecnologias na empresa e tem acesso exclusivo à liderança sênior e a oportunidade de fazer contribuições significativas para a empresa. Você será responsável por liderar a inovação tecnológica relacionada ao consumidor, incluindo tecnologia de marketing, e diretamente aos domínios do consumidor.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Fornecer pilotos de capacidade tecnológica utilizando tecnologias inovadoras e/ou planos de negócios;
- Alinhar-se estreitamente com o ecossistema de tecnologia, incluindo corporate, venture capitals e startups para identificar novas oportunidades para a empresa;
- Trabalhar ao lado de outros membros da equipe responsáveis pela inovação tecnológica comercial e não comercial dentro da empresa para ajudar a entregar resultados com o que há de mais moderno em tecnologia.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Sólida experiência trabalhando em ou com equipes de produtos de tecnologia;
- Executar com perfeição e de acordo com o cronograma;
- Capacidade de trabalhar com colegas, parceiros externos, liderança sênior para entregar um resultado desejado;
- Sólida experiência em funções de liderança de produto e/ou desenvolvimento de tecnologia;
- Conhecimento de pelo menos uma linguagem de programação (i.e., Python, Java, C, R Programming);
- Ensino Superior Completo;
- Inglês fluente.
