**We are searching the best talent for LATAM FP&A Director to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis regional and cluster organizations, including short
- and long-term official planning cycles, monthly forecasting
- Prepares analytical reviews of financial performance both on actuals and forward looking
- Advises Latam management on financial issues and projects to secure performance enhancement
- Interacts with commercial, marketing, sales, manufacturing organizations to provide business partnering on financial performance
- Responsible for the financial leadership and management of the Financial Managerial Reporting for the Region, including but not limited to, definition of content, analytical process, standard analysis, timing and roles & responsibilities for regional and cluster teams
- Responsible for the financial support to the LATAM RFO (Regional Franchise Organization) Marketing structures (Beauty, Baby, Fem Care and OC/SF/WC), leading a team of 2 managers and 2 analysts
- Support the Consumer Latin America CFO and CGC in all periodic and ad-hoc Franchise financial performance reviews and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely consolidated results, analysis, and plans.
- Partner with Consumer Regional Leaders (Regional Customer Development, Regional Marketing, etc.) and RFOs to support them in financial decision making always looking to maximize the value creation of our portfolio.
- Provide strategic and financial support to Regional Franchise Organization on new product initiatives to maximize the value of our product pipeline (pricing strategy, market trends, cost assessment, etc.) - actively participate in regional marketing forums (i.e. RFLT, RPLC)
- Lead the Long Range Financial Plan process for the region.
- Actively participate in Global Franchise Organization (GFO) Finance forums to share best practices and drive process improvement
- Partner with Regional Supply Chain to ensure operational excellence through the region, with the goal of optimizing GP (E2E approach)
- Provide financial leadership to the New Business Development process for the creation and analysis of business cases that support all transactions for Global and Regional deals (acquisitions and divestitures)
- Regional Consulting Category Leader (Smart Spend)

**Qualifications**
- Advanced University degree in Business/Finance/Economics with at least 10 years of relevant business experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams, also in collaborating with senior management, business and functional leaders
- Proven financial and analytical skills, result and performance driven
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player mentality and collaborative working style
- Excellent communication, storytelling, influencing and framing skills
- High ability to influence without authority
- Exemplary leadership skills in creating high performing teams and developing people to their highest potential
- Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity in periods of change
- Customer orientation / market place knowledge / business acumen
- Committed to quality, service and compliance
- Excellent English language skills
