- Providing delivery expertise to support pre-project sales activities
- Planning of project lifecycle phases and activities
- Working with the customer and project team to define high-level requirements in terms of features and User Stories
- Managing the customers’ expectations whilst safeguarding the delivery team
- Working with Business Analysts within the project team who are responsible for managing detailed requirements
- Consulting and coaching customers on Agile and implementation best practices
- Keeping the team on track with the Agile process and adapting it as necessary for the given project context
- Keeping the team focused on meeting their goals and objectives
- Leading the team towards continuous improvement
- Motivating the team and fostering an environment where excellence can be achieved
- Managing project risks and dependencies
- Managing project resourcing and financials
- Tracking and reporting the project status to customer and internal management teams
- Coordinating meetings with the customer and partner teams as necessary
- Ensuring excellent communication and collaboration between all internal and external teams
- Maintaining close relationships with customers and colleagues to support a “one-team” mindset

- Learn how continuous integration works and DevOps works in a global development environment.

**What you bring**
- Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Customer interaction skills, ability to prioritize software requirements, identify reusability and hence provide acceptable work-around to customers.
- Self-motivated, open minded, resourceful, agile and pragmatic.
- Ability to proactively resolve problems focusing on teamwork, results, and people.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- PMI certification is desired but not required.
- Experience as a Project Manager on customer facing projects.
- Experience managing commercial projects in a services environment.
- Experience and good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience of full life cycle projects from initial scoping through to delivery.
- Experience of user stories, story point estimation and measuring velocity.
- Experience leading a team.
