**Descrição do Papel**
Responsável por projetar a jornada do cliente, analisar e gerenciar dados, informações e feedback para melhorar toda a experiência do consumidor.
**Principais Atividades**
- Fornecer uma visão clara e abrangente da Jornada para a Squad;
- Realizar todas as cerimônias da Metodologia ágil scrum (conduzir reuniões diárias, Retrospectivas, Revisões);
- Suportar o dono da jornada na gestão do backlog, resolver obstáculos;
- Mapear a Jornada de Clientes, trabalhando em Squad;
- Desenhar a transformação das jornadas existentes no produto Residencial/Integrado;
- Liderar frentes entre as áreas para execução dos temas dos squads a fim de garantir a coerência End to End considerando o ciclo de vida do serviço/produto na percepção do Cliente.
**Conhecimento, experiência e formação**
- Vivência em Squad;
- Conhecimentos em canais digitais;
- Sólida experiência em jornadas de clientes;
- Certificação metodologia Agil será um diferencial;
- Formação superior em áreas de Humanas ou exatas..
