As part of the development of our recruitment activities in America, we are currently looking for a **talent Acquisition Specialist** based out of Sao Paulo to work directly with our team in the US.

**YOUR MISSIONS**

The talent Acquisition Specialist will work under the responsibility of the SOCAPS Consulting Team in Atlanta. He / She will be in charge of the following missions:

- The Business Development Manager is judged on his/her ability to conquer and maintain new customers, find and hire new highly-skilled technicians, and increase the revenue on his/her territory (mostly North America region).
- He / She is in charge of new business development in North America region.
- He / She participates in Recruitment Consulting projects for our customers to close permanent placements in North America.
- He / She is responsible for identifying, interviewing, onboarding new independent contractors (mechanical, electrical, PLC engineers, ) across North America.
- He/she leads networking actions in order to increase SOCAPS visibility within its industry by participating to tradeshows, conferences, etc in Brazil.

The Business Development Manager reports directly to the Sales Director Americas.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are fluent in English and have good interpersonal skills; Another language (French and/or Spanish in particular) is preferred;
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office package;
- Good writing skills in English;
- You are rigorous, organized, involved and a strong team player.
- You have a real negotiation skill and act professionally.
- You are independent, manage to work with objectives and handle pressure.
- You have a technical and/or a business education, and a sales experience of 2 years.
- You have a successful experience in industrial environment.
- You are service oriented with customer satisfaction way of mind.

Pay: R$4,500.00 - R$5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- São Paulo - SP 04101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
