Role Purpose: Perform programming of raw materials, shipping and production using existing resources of equipment and people. Coordinate inventories of raw material stocks and maintenance warehouse

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the use of personal protective equipment and be responsible for its safekeeping and conservation, as provided for in the safety policy manual;- Participate with commitment and responsibility in the company's safety programs (safety start with me/Stop/DDS/Sipat), seeking to be an example, with proactivity, excellence and meeting the recommended goals, including stopping the operation and calling superiors when observed scratchs;- Actively participate in HR programs, follow schedules pre-established in the contract and influence other operators to follow schedules;- Maintain a culture of engagement and commitment;- Immediately inform the management about the behavioral behavior of the operators, aiming to maintain the organizational climate within the framework of good coexistence and good conduct;- Responsible for production planning and programming, using pull production methodology, calculating the degree of use of main equipment, OEE, etc.;- Schedule truck loading according to orders sent by the customer service area.- Use full-time service tools to check delivery efficiency.- Coordinate OWC control (operating working capital) by monitoring PM stocks and maintenance warehouse, using ERP tools such as: reorder point, safety stock and forecast accuracy.- Implement finished product inventory control in the GCC area, using MTO, MTS and MTA methodology.- Carry out statistical analyzes of raw material consumption and purchase placement in the ERP.- Deliver production schedule to specialized operators and production supervisor.- Coordinate the activities of storekeepers and billers.- Responsible for controlling maintenance and raw material warehouses.- Lead the plant's annual inventory, guaranteeing a maximum difference of 3%.- Carry out production shutdown schedules for equipment maintenance in a way that minimizes the impact on product deliveries and productivity.- Reduce production stoppages through optimized schedules and planning.- Carry out the closure of production orders.- Submit a monthly stock report to production supervisor and plant manager.

About you:
- Education: University Level- General Qualifications: Administration, Logistics Technologist, Chemist or Production Engineer.- Specific Qualifications(Desirable): 4 years of experience in manufacturing slurry or paints, basic computer knowledge (excel/word/SAP filling and typing).
