Você será responsável por

Desenvolver e implantar funcionalidades SAP e sistemas dependentes do ERP nos módulos de PP, QM, PM, PS, focando os processos de manufatura, qualidade, manutenção e projetos, a partir do dimensionamento dos requisitos técnicos e de negócios, da especificação de suas arquiteturas, da escolha de ferramentas de desenvolvimento e da especificação dos programas, rotinas e funcionalidades operacionais.

Principais funções

Suportar as áreas de negócios, atendendo a incidentes juntos as consultorias bem como sugerindo melhorias nos processos.
Administrar ambientes informatizados, prestar treinamento e suporte técnico aos usuários de sistemas,
Elaborar documentação técnica e de utilização de sistemas,
Estabelecer padrões de desenvolvimento, implantação e manutenção de sistemas,
Coordenar projetos com equipes técnicas e multifuncionais (de colaboradores da companhia e de prestadores de serviços e consultorias),
Pesquisar novas tecnologias.
Realizar análise, configuração e documentação técnica para a gestão de mudança;
Realizar gestão de projetos junto às consultorias e área de negócio;
Apoiar as áreas de negócio na elaboração dos cenários de testes e execução;
Realizar gestão de fornecedores, acompanhando o andamento dos chamados encaminhamos para atendimento com as consultorias parceiras, garantindo que o SLA seja cumprido; Apoiar a área de negócio propondo melhorias no sistema.
