**Arkivmedarbeider 100 % fast stilling**:

Vi har ledig 100 % stilling som arkivmedarbeider på dokumentsenteret i Namsos kommune. Dokumentsenteret er lokalisert på øya Jøa. Her vil du kunne arbeide sammen med gode kolleger i flotte omgivelser. Som arkivmedarbeider får du ansvar for å utføre daglig arkivering i kommunens sak
- og arkivsystem.

**Arbeidsoppgaver**:

- Delta i det løpende arkivarbeidet innenfor daglig drift i henhold til lover, bestemmelser og arkivreglementet i arkivplanen
- Utføre registrering/journalføring, arkivbegrensning, kvalitetssikring og kontroll i fullelektronisk sak/arkivsystem i tråd med gjeldene retningslinjer og prosedyrer
- Ansvar for informasjon og brukerstøtte til saksbehandlere om gjeldende arkiv
- og registreringsrutiner

**Kvalifikasjoner**:

- Arkivfaglig utdanning eller fagbrev i kontor
- og administrasjonsfaget
- Erfaring fra lignende arbeid kan kompensere for manglende utdanning
- Fordel med erfaring fra arkivarbeid i offentlig sektor - både papir - og elektronisk
- Erfaring med ordning, listeføring og katalogisering av papirarkiv
- Gjerne kjennskap til Elements eller tilsvarende sak
- og arkivsystem
- Gode datakunnskaper

**Personlige egenskaper**:

- Meget god systemforståelse
- Evne til å planlegge og strukturer eget arbeid
- Evne til å arbeide selvstendig, effektivt og nøyaktig
