**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Great Communication, Leadership Skills, Iteration Manager or Scrum Manager leading a team in Agile practices and ceremonies, Coaching teams in effective use of the Scrum events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo and Retrospective, Executing iteration and release planning with a view to deliver maximum value as early as possible.
- Resolving conflict with a continual focus on the Scrum values of openness, honesty, commitment, courage and respect.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reviewing complex reports.
- Experience using JIRA in both Agile scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Team leadership, problem solving, negotiation, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborating effectively with the Product Owner and customer organisation supporting the management of the Product Backlog and planning deliverables based on empirical data.
- Strong communication skills
- Speak English fluently and naturally

- Overall IT Knowledge 5 years
- PMP
- 3+ years experience in project management
- Exposure to Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- Experience working in enterprise level environments
- Understanding of compliance (ie. SOX) and best security practices
- Scrum Master Certification (SAFe)
