**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing the paid social strategy for all campaigns in partnership with the paid media lead;
- Own always-on paid social editorial calendar and manage all flight activations with EightBar for multiple geos/audiences;
- Partner with the editorial lead, social and demand strategists and creative producers to ensure paid content is created using a platform-first mindset for the brand to demand campaign;
- Oversee production and execution of paid editorial in partnership with campaign partners across Marketing and Communications and paid media lead;
- Partner with the metrics and enablement team to ensure ongoing metrics are developed and insights are actionable and help teams drive better paid social outcomes.

We offer a dynamic blend of personal flexibility and a thriving in-office environment. This role requires three days of in-office presence per week, with two days for remote work.

Profissional Requerido e Conhecimento Técnico
- 1-4 years of experience in social media, content development, metrics and publishing for Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn;
- Experience amplifying social media content through paid media;
- Experience working with a digital media agency;
- Intellectual curiosity and the capacity to come up to speed quickly on complex technical topics;
- An editor’s eye for great writing and visual storytelling on social media platforms;
- An intensely collaborative style. IBM is a highly matrixed organization and the person who is successful in this role will thrive in a “we” (not an “I”) environment.

Profissional Preferencial e Conhecimento Técnico
- Large public company or agency experience supporting large public company clients preferred;
- Experience working with highly matrixed organizations;
- Experience managing creative production of social media content;
- Experience working with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
