Key responsibilities

This role is responsible for establishing and developing new and existing business relationships and managing customer accounts in Energy market segment; and to provide high quality technical service.

Key tasks
- Promotes and sell Coatings to the existing customers and new customers.
- Ensure achievement of individual budget in terms of volume, value and profitability.
- Handles customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepares budget and forecast.
- Issues quotations, specifications and update customer records using CRM
- Increase operational efficiency by selling from Standard Stock Assortment.
- Increase profitability through effective quoting with top of mind awareness focused on maximizing price and profit per litre.
- To give personalized attention to the corresponding customers through periodical contacts in order to satisfy their needs.
- Performs all sales and technical service related activities as per Hempel E-Convention and ISO procedures.
- In conjunction with finance department follows-up on Accounts Receivables.
- Prepares Monthly Sales Reports and customer’s activity and updating on sales activities utilizing CRM.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to customers in order to meet technical requirements.
- Provide paint specifications detailing the technical requirements for upcoming work packages.
- Inspect and report quality of coating operations.
- Complete comprehensive reports of inspection.
- Performs other related jobs/tasks as required.
- Accomplish the Group Training Policy for Sales and Technical Service Department.
