What you'll do:
As a Regional Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for the planning and development of integrated communication plans to the brands, working collaboratively with colleagues in all functions to ensure all communications materials and innovations are aligned with the overall strategy and brands expression for Latin American markets. In detail, you will:

- Plan and develop integrated communication plans to the brands, according to different categories and markets;
- Develop marketing materials focused on regional commercial launching plans;
- Implement market and consumer insights into business and innovation opportunities;
- Analyze competitors and category trends;
- Manage projects and communications calendars;
- Interface with R&D, Design, Projects areas, local market teams, and suppliers;
- Control marketing campaign budgets.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:
You have:

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing or Advertising;
- Experience with marketing, communication and product development/launch;
- Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Advanced English
- Intermediate Spanish.
