**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- Responsible for leading the manufacturing digital transformation roadmap for the organization.
- Be a core part of the business, aligning teams with the business requirements and looking for technological capabilities inside the internal infrastructure.
- Carry out a specific investigation to understand what the IT and OT necessities of the workforce are, based on business pain points. - Develop strategies to encourage users to adopt technological services and disruptive products.
- Develop skills and implement projects on Data & Analytics. - Rollout of global Strategies.
- Implement Cyber Security Strategy by site
- Lead the Automation Program for LATAM and define the strategy Manex: - Lead the continuous improvement agenda for B&W Latam.
- Guarantee Industrial Performance for Efficiency, Waste and Savings Agenda. - Lead the RVS (Regional Virtual Site) agenda across the region.
- Coordinate the implementation and promote continuous improvement of the UMS methodology (Unilever Manufacturing System)
- Support in implementing UMS across the region. - Support in the development and implementation of methodologies for solving problems. - Provide support and strategy for the development of UMS pillars.
- Conduct and ensure continuous improvement in the UMS Cross-Audit and Self-Assessment processes. - Promote internal (Unilever) and external (Market) Benchmarking of productivity indicators and processes (UMS).
- Define and directing the goals of the pillars.
- Ensure that each pillar establishes a Master Plan and an Action Plan to manage activities regionally.
- Contribute to the definition of indicators and goals for factory teams ensuring the use of a Loss Tree
- Guide work teams with the selection and appropriate use of UMS tools
- Develop and promote training for all hierarchical levels of the company
- Guide and influence people to correctly use loss analysis and treatment methods and tools.
- Availability of 30% to 50% of time for travel.
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Graduate/MBA Degree Desirable
- Fluent English and Portuguese
- Spanish is preferred
- Strong Experience in Continuous Improvement Process ( Lean Manufacturing / WCM )
