**Working at NTT**
O Infrastructure Specialist será responsável por gerenciar o relacionamento com os principais pontos de contato do cliente e garantir a satisfação com os produtos e serviços da empresa. Eles atuam como um elo entre o cliente e as equipes internas, fornecendo orientação técnica, suporte e aconselhamento aos clientes, bem como coordenando a entrega de soluções e serviços técnicos. Este recurso será a interface direta da NTT dentro do cliente para o dia a dia de suas operações.
**Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?**
- Servir como o principal ponto de contato para questões técnicas e perguntas dos clientes;
- Entender as necessidades do cliente e desenvolver soluções que atendam a essas necessidades;
- Desenvolver e manter fortes relacionamentos com os clientes, garantindo altos níveis de satisfação do cliente;
- Atuar com as equipes técnicas para entregar soluções e serviços aos clientes;
- Fornecer orientação técnica e suporte aos clientes, incluindo workshops.
- Mantenha-se atualizado com as tendências e as melhores práticas do setor e aconselhe os clientes de acordo;
- Desenvolver e entregar apresentações técnicas aos clientes, tanto presenciais quanto remotamente;
- Participar do desenvolvimento e refinamento dos produtos e serviços da empresa, com base no feedback do cliente e nas tendências do setor.
**O que esperamos que você possua?**
- Bacharel em Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas afins;
- Sólida formação técnica, com experiência em tecnologias de redes de computadores;
- Experiência em participar de "War-Rooms" para gerenciar crises técnicas e tomar decisões rápidas em situações de alta pressão;
- Habilidade de navegar entre diferentes equipes internas, incluindo vendas, suporte, engenharia e gerenciamento de produto, para garantir a satisfação do cliente e a entrega bem-sucedida do projeto;
- Habilidade em elaborar e entregar apresentações técnicas para clientes e partes interessadas internas;
- Forte capacidade de negociação e habilidade em lidar com situações de conflito com clientes e internamente;
- Experiência em desenvolver planos de melhoria para aumentar a satisfação do cliente e melhorar a eficiência dos processos internos;
- Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas, com a capacidade de pensar de forma criativa e desenvolver soluções inovadoras;
- Habilidade de gerenciar expectativas de clientes e equipes internas de forma realista e construtiva;
- Habilidade em trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, bem como gerenciar múltiplas prioridades e tarefas simultaneamente;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e como parte de uma equipe, com excelente gerenciamento de tempo e habilidades organizacionais.
- ** Nível de inglês desejado Fluente - nível mínimo avançado**:
- Desejável Cisco CCIE Enterprise, CCIE Service Provider ou CCIE Data Center
