Opening: Financial Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge about invoicing and taxes applied to several operations;
- Issuance of invoices for products and services;
- Issuing and sending billing slips to customers;
- Cash flow control and issuance;
- Bank reconciliation;
- Validation of tax calculation;
- Validation of tax credits and withholdings;
- Intragroup Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable;
- Accounts payable and receivable;
- Checking invoices and employee receipts;
- Forward exchange (accounts payable and receivable);
- Validation of month-end close (financial statements and balance sheets);
- Consult current tax legislation;
- Calculation of product costs in stock;
- Validação e controle das atividades executadas pelo escritório de contabilidade terceirizado;
- Prepare reports and monitor KPIs in the area;
- Identification, mapping and development of improvements in current processes linked to the activities performed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Be attentive to detail
- High energy, clarity of mind and ability to ”think ahead”
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently, without constant supervision
- Preferred background in Business Administration, Finance or related.
- Communication skills, written and verbal, in Portuguese and English
