**The position**

As our Commercial and Frontline Training & Development Director, you will contribute to further growth of people and organisation through development, co-creation and implementation of learning journeys with the aim to strengthen growth mindset, ensure on-going implementation of new, effective ways of working and that frontline employees have the most relevant capabilities to successfully perform today as well as in the future.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- In close cooperation with relevant stakeholders identify the major gaps, design and deploy frontline, field and no-field, capabilities development roadmap.
- Lead the design and implementation of customized capabilities training, competency development interventions and/or coordinate the implementation of global learning journeys for frontline, field and no-field, forces.
- Assist affiliates in selecting the best local vendors of developmental solutions, in briefing them to ensure the best quality of provided interventions as well as alignment in terms of the overall vision and key capabilities and message as well as NN Way and other corporate standards.
- Work in close partnership with International Operations, Global and the COE stakeholders in ensuring that global best practices are launched & leveraged on a consistent basis.
- Design and implement the relevant organizational change management initiatives in order to increase the effectiveness of proposed developmental journeys and become a trusted advisor of business area office commercial operation and strategy as well as affiliate field forces leadership teams to drive frontline team engagement.
- Support Talent management and development of commercial roles
- Coordinate and lead the LATAM Frontline Trainers Network.
- Support the implementation of Global and IO commercial ambition being part of internal squads with accountability on people and governance matters.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Business administration, psychology or marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership position focused on people development and training of commercial, market access, frontline medical functions, preferably from a multinational pharmaceutical company
- Strong understanding of frontline functions realities and cross-functional team project management / change management experience.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Portuguese or Spanish Fluency (written and spoken)

On a personal level you need to be a resilient, self-government, strong communicator, able to impact without formal authority with ability to plan strategically and maintain integrity in an ever-changing environment.
