**Job Description**:
**E-Commerce Operations PO **(Product Owner)**

: Definir, com time de Varejo, a visão, estratégia e requerimentos de negócio para o e-Commerce Chevrolet na América do Sul;
:. Gerenciar o backlog e garantir que as prioridades estejam alinhadas com as metas da empresa;
:. Interagir com a área de Digital Business e IT para garantir que os desenvolvimentos estejam alinhados com as estratégias da empresa e as necessidades dos clientes;
:. Gerenciar as atividades operacionais conduzidas pelo time na Agência (controle de estoque, atualização de imagens, etc.);
:. Análise de performance e resultados.

**Atividades**:
:. Conduzir reuniões e gerar reports regulares dos resultados do e-Commerce nos com as equipes de BI, Varejo e Operação;
:. Analisar semanalmente os indicadores de performance do e-commerce e reportar para a liderança em Marketing;
:. Trabalhar com as equipes de operação da Agência para garantir a execução da operação e que osrequisitos de negócio do e-Commerce sejam implementados corretamente;
:. Garantir que os e-Commerces estejam alinhados com as estratégias de marketing e vendas da empresa;
:. Coordenar testes de usuário para validar decisões de design e coletar feedback para melhorar a jornada;
:. Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de Varejo, Vendas, Digital e BI;
:. Liderar a análise preliminar de possível causa raiz de qualquer problema encontrado, garantindo a abertura de ticket para o time responsável pela solução.

:. Experiência com gestão ou operação de e-Commerce ou papel semelhante;
:. Conhecimento de funil de vendas e indicadores de performance de Marketing;
:. Excelente habilidade de análise de dados e report de resultados;
:. Habilidade em priorizar tarefas e gerenciar o tempo;
:. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e apresentação;
:. Visão estratégica;
:. Excelente comunicação oral e escrita em inglês (fluente). Desejável em espanhol.
