**Sobre nosso cliente**:
Baseado em São Paulo, com viagens regulares às regiões do projeto, o Gerente de Projetos de Meio Ambiente e Licenciamento será responsável por todo o processo ambiental de diferentes usinas fotovoltaicas em escala de serviços públicos e poderá estar envolvido nas diferentes fases de desenvolvimento, construção e operação. Essa pessoa também será responsável por outras licenças auxiliares, incluindo, entre outras, IPHAN, município ("alvará"), DNIT, ICMBio, FUNAI etc. Espera-se que o PM Ambiental e de Licenciamento tenha uma formação técnica generalista e uma capacidade de gerenciamento excepcional para qualificar, contratar e monitorar parceiros externos que de fato executarão a maior parte do trabalho acima sob a supervisão do PM Ambiental.

**Descrição**:

- Identificação e qualificação de fornecedores para diferentes tipos de serviços em diferentes regiões geográficas, promovendo a criação de parcerias e negócios recorrentes. Esses serviços devem incluir, entre outros: estudos ambientais (RAS, EIA/RIMA, RDPA/PBA etc.), suporte no processo de aprovação dos estudos ambientais (reuniões com a administração ambiental, audiências públicas etc.), execução de planos ambientais durante a construção e a operação, estudos arqueológicos, programas sociais/ambientais/sustentáveis, mapeamento de partes interessadas/comunicação etc.;
- Fazer a interface com os diferentes órgãos públicos que representam a empresa no contexto do processo de licenciamento, incluindo, entre outros, os órgãos ambientais estaduais (CE, BA, RN, MG, GO etc.), IBAMA, IPHAN, FUNAI, ICMBio, DNIT etc;
- Participar e contribuir para as ações globais da comunidade de planejamento ambiental em conjunto com a Região das Américas (EUA) e outras regiões globais (Europa e Ásia);
- Assegurar a emissão de todas as licenças ambientais, auxiliares e relatórios de análise para a fase de desenvolvimento em estreita coordenação com a equipe de Desenvolvimento de Negócios, que é responsável por todos os aspectos dos projetos e pela coordenação de todas as atividades;
- Due Diligence para aquisições e/ou vendas de projetos. Avaliação dos documentos do projeto e das condições do local, formando uma recomendação sobre o prosseguimento ou não da aquisição/venda de um determinado projeto sob uma perspectiva social/ambiental;
- Desenvolvimento do local. Contratar, gerenciar e aprovar os estudos ambientais/arqueológicos/etc. necessários para a emissão de todas as licenças preliminares necessárias para a participação em leilões, solicitação de outorga e, de forma mais ampla, alcançar o desenvolvimento mínimo para atender aos critérios de investimento para M&A;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de terras para garantir que a regularização de terras seja feita a tempo e com o escopo adequado necessário para as licenças.

**Perfil desejável**:

- Graduação em Biologia, Engenharia Ambiental ou outras formações ambientais;
- Inglês e português fluentes, falados e escritos. Outros idiomas são uma vantagem, especialmente o espanhol.
- Experiência em energia solar fotovoltaica, energia eólica ou pequenas centrais hidrelétricas, especialmente no Brasil;
- Experiência no suporte a projetos multifuncionais em um ambiente de trabalho internacional com locais remotos;
- Forte conhecimento da legislação ambiental brasileira;
- Bom conhecimento da legislação fundiária brasileira;
- Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas do Microsoft Office;
- Disponibilidade para viajar até 40% do tempo.
