Docplanner was founded in 2012 in Poland. Our team today numbers over 2,200 people based in offices in 7 countries: Poland, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Italy, Mexico and Brazil.

We’re looking for the **Global Sales Operations Specialist** to join us in this super ambitious mission.
**Job Description**:
**What you will do**:
- Take part of strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact;
- Ensuring new processes/tools/best practices adoption and creating knowledge base for them;
- Maintain continuous alignment on existing processes;
- Coordinate with local structures implementation of global processes and ensure we are following the same standards;
- Analyze local Sales processes, identifying differences and best practices, and developing solutions and processes that fit all of our countries' needs.
- Work closely with different departments in order to follow up on existing project or help with emerging projects.
This job is challenging because you will not only have to be a great analyst but also require a lot of people skills to **push important changes through all of the levels of our organization** across the globe. This job **never gets boring** because we are in **c**onstant growth and many new challenges** are awaiting all of the time, allowing you to be highly creative and having a huge impact on the course of our business.
**Qualifications**:
**We need you to**:
- Have an undergraduate or master’s degree (preferably in economics, statistics, business or related fields)
- Have good experience in project management, analytics, operations or other positions related to business development
- Are good with numbers and people equally
- Know Excel like a pro
- Have analytical thinking and like creating reports
- Have experience with CRM; Hubspot or Salesforce would be a plus
- Knowing SQL would be a plus
- Have huge ease of learning new tools & skills
- Have a problem-solving mindset
- Perfect communication skills, both written and spoken in English. You will be a part of a global team
