A Docplanner desenvolve um software de gerenciamento de consultas online líder mundial para o setor de saúde no modelo SaaS. Ajudamos 130.000 médicos e clínicas a digitalizar suas práticas e oferecer uma experiência excepcional ao paciente em mais de 13 países. Também administramos um marketplace que permite que 80 milhões de pacientes mensalmente encontrem facilmente o médico certo e marquem uma consulta.

A Docplanner foi fundada em 2012 na Polônia. Nossa equipe hoje conta com mais de 2.200 pessoas com base em escritórios em 7 países: Polônia, Espanha, Alemanha, Turquia, Itália, México e Brasil.

Somos apoiados por fundos de capital de risco incríveis e líderes, incluindo Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management e One Peak Partners, dos quais levantamos um total de € 300 milhões até o momento.

Descrição da vaga
**What you will do**:

- Take part of strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact;
- Ensuring new processes/tools/best practices adoption and creating knowledge base for them;
- Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey, propose solutions and drive change through cross functional alignment;
- Coordinate with local structures implementation of global processes and ensure we are following the same standards;
- Analyze local Sales/CS processes, identifying differences and best practices, and developing solutions and processes that fit all of our countries' needs.
- Work closely with different departments in order to follow up on existing project or help with emerging projects.

Qualificações
- Have good experience in project management, analytics, operations or other positions related to business development;
- Experience in one of the following: Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, CS Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Excellence;
- Have an undergraduate or master’s degree (preferably in economics, statistics, business or related fields) would be a plus;
- Are good with numbers and people equally;
- Know Excel like a pro;
- Have analytical thinking and like creating reports
- Have experience with CRM: Hubspot or Salesforce would be a plus;
- Knowing SQL would be a plus;
- Have huge ease of learning new tools & skills;
- Have a problem-solving mindset;
- Great communication skills, both written and spoken in English (you’ll use it daily).
