- Fortes habilidades e domínio de tecnologias em alto nível;
- Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de aplicações em Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot;
- Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de aplicações React e React Native;
- Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais (Oracle/Postgres);
- Experiência com integração de APIs RESTful e entre Microserviços;
- Experiência em programação orientada a objetivos com uso de Design Patterns;
- Experiência em um dos provedores de serviços cloud (AWS);
- Conhecimento na disciplina Qualidade de Software;
- Conhecimento na disciplina Desenvolvimento Seguro;
- Conhecimento em testes (TDD, BDD, Integração, E2E).

**Principais responsabilidades**:

- Será responsável por liderar, motivar e gerenciar a equipe, garantindo que todos os membros estejam trabalhando de forma eficiente e colaborativa;
- Definir metas e objetivos: trabalhando em estreita colaboração com outros líderes de equipe para definir metas claras e objetivos mensuráveis para o time;
- Orientar e treinar a equipe: ajudando a equipe a desenvolver suas habilidades técnicas e comportamentais, fornecendo orientação e treinamento quando necessário;
- Revisar entregas funcionais: responsável por garantir que o que está sendo entregue pela equipe atinge o resultado funcional esperado pela demanda, através de code review ou revisão de processos;
- Identificar e resolver problemas: responsável por identificar e resolver problemas de qualidade, produtividade ou colaboração dentro da equipe;
- Comunicar com outras equipes e líderes: trabalhando em estreita colaboração com outros líderes de equipe e stakeholders do projeto para garantir que a equipe esteja alinhada com as necessidades do projeto e da empresa como um todo;
- Garantir que as entregas estejam dentro do prazo e da qualidade esperada: responsável por garantir que as entregas do time estejam em conformidade com os prazos e requisitos do projeto, e que os entregáveis estejam de acordo com a qualidade esperada.
