**What you'll do**:

- SUSTAINABILITY
- Build the sustainability roadmap for Amaro aligned to the company´s growth objectives
- Manage and implement corporate sustainability roadmap
- Lead sustainability projects among tribes guaranteeing all areas are adherent to the strategic plan in order to reach sustainability goals
- Continuously drive and motivate the entire company and create a bottom-up culture
- Deep dive into AMARO's supply chain, materials use, packaging, and overall practices
- Further improve AMARO's inventory by reducing and eventually eliminating the usage of harmful materials
- Track and review sustainability OKRs
- Responsible for sustainability reports and disclosures data related to sustainability - interaction with marketing and IR for external communication
- Participate in external forums and associations related to sustainability (as Pacto Global)
- Manage budget and investments related to sustainability projects
- Establish relationships with other companies and entrepreneurs, looking for partnerships, investments and diversity projects
- COMPLIANCE
- Responsible for assuring social and environmental compliance throughout the supply chain
- Responsible for assuring quality standards for 1P products
- Guarantee audits based on local legislation, including social and environmental concerns, in supplier factories and third parties, globally
- Manage action plans, quality inspections and audit results in suppliers
- Lead SRM program and give visibility to internal team and suppliers
- Responsible for quality manual for suppliers
- Create and implement a development plan for strategic suppliers

**What your qualifications are**:

- Haveexperience and know-how in environmental sustainability from ideation to execution
- Possess extensive project management in multi-disciplinary organization units
- Have experience working in a digital company that strives to disrupt the market and itself
- Fluent in English
