**Content Marketing Analyst**:

- São Paulo, SP | Full Time-

**Summary**:
We are looking for a self-starter and hands-on professional to join our fast-paced and growing team. This position is hybrid and will require attendance to our São Paulo office at least three times a week.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Grow our brand presence across digital platforms, identify the respective community leaders and drive the creation of engaging and relevant content that reflects our identity and current brand positioning;
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions on social media proactively and with appropriate tone;
- Analyze and report on the content performance data to drive continuous improvement;
- Review, edit and promote content written alongside digital influencers ensuring it addresses the needs and challenges the main community stakeholders want to resolve;
- Support the Marketing team in defining the ideal ICPs, building the Buyer Personas as well as their inherent buyer journeys;
- Collaborate with sales and technology teams to identify research objectives, raise hypothesis, create research plans, and establish effective work schedules;
- Conduct customer-centered research to uncover insights to help us improve market and customer understanding, documenting the findings and communicating research results clearly and persuasively;
- Understand and document key topics across different digital channels / content formats for each buyer persona to guide content creation;
- Support other teams with copies and content creation in different formats.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Social Communication, Design, or related fields;
- Practical experience with the Web3 ecosystem;
- In-Depth knowledge of Solana and Ethereum is desirable;
- Knowledge about Machine Learning is huge plus;
- Advanced English is mandatory and will be tested thoroughly during the selective process;
- Proven international experience of at least 6 months either in a professional or academic environment;
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing working for tech companies or in specialized agencies / media companies supporting tech clients;
- Ability to work independently and across multiple teams located in different time zones;
- Experience with HubSpot, Ahrefs, Figma and Figjam is a plus.
