**Position**:Pricing Analyst (São Paulo, Brazil) - Hybrid position

**Team responsibilities**

The LATAM Pricing team - part of corporate financial LATAM team - is responsible by driving pricing strategies, as well as crafting processes and systems set-ups used to implement, maintain and review pricing strategy definitions around LATAM commercial divisions.

**What you will do**
- Implement pricing processes across various divisions of the company influencing all pricing decisions in coordination with Commercial, Marketing, FP&A and General Management leaders.
- Support discount matrix definition, implementation and maintenance.
- Develop pricing studies for pricing negotiations (discount approvals, pricing exceptions).
- Handle pricing exceptions and supervise margin erosion.
- Build automate solution for processes.
- Develop financial analysis of contracts.

- Demonstrate strategic and thoughtful ways of using quantitative and qualitative pricing approaches using statistical techniques and data science.
- Use creative ways of building and conveying thoughts on projects and areas of opportunity.
- Support a culture of pricing excellence by connecting and reviewing price improvement opportunities for division and regional partners while driving actions to achieve these pricing goals.
- Deliver excellence and creativity in analytical output.
- Deliver above and beyond our business partners' expectations.
- Deliver pricing accuracy on operational execution.
- Demonstrate the ability to nurture collaborative relationships with partners will be a strength in this role.

**How you will get here**:

- Have a bachelor’s in business, finance, scientific field, mathematics, operations, or any related field. An advanced degree in business or a technical field much appreciated.
- Have about 3 years or more relevant work experience in Pricing and/or FP&A.
- Have solid grasp of working in large data sets with SQL Server, Excel, and/or other quantitative methods.
- Being familiar accessing information on Power BI.
- Be self-oriented, organized and challenge oriented.
- Be adaptive and eager to learn.
- Prioritize multiple projects.
- Communicate clearly, present eloquently, and can explain just about anything to anyone.
- Communicate clearly on English and Spanish.
- Knowledge on ETL tools (Pentaho, Power Automate) and coding (Python, M, DAX), JDE ERP and Cognos Analytics is a plus.
