Digital Innovation Hub Consultant - LATAM

**The Position**
- We are looking for a profile able to understand different technologies and markets in LATAM, focused on connecting strategy to trends and to look for digital and scale solutions through partnership. We are in search for flexibility and creativity to link opportunities and drive the maturation from ideas to successful pilots taking a major responsibility in the whole process. The Digital Innovation Hub Consultant is going to be part of a Regional Team with continuous global growing. While your main goal is to connect to regional and local business units, roll out our accelerator and open innovation processes, besides being a key part in developing and delivering each step of the projects. The job location is in São Paulo. Consider 25% of the time in Business travel to affiliates, manufacturing site and warehouses.- Your responsabilities includes:
- You will have a key role from managing relevant projects to scouting new partners, engaging business owners, running accelerators, connecting to stakeholders, and delivering complex tasks. You will also have to be part of a global network of hubs to scale successful solutions globally.
- You should be able to communicate to stakeholders convincingly and clearly across the business and act as a trusted advisor with a strong understanding of business challenges and constraint, and to be comfortable organizing information, gathering learnings and sharing those learnings among the organization.
- You will help to develop strategies to incorporate innovative technologies and processes within the supply chain, production site and sustainability to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- You will also be focused on mapping challenging with commercial and marketing cross LATAM and being responsible for running the fast-track innovation process as PMO.
- We are looking for a person with experience and passion for driving startup support programmes and engage stakeholders in complex environments. You should be able to tailor messages to relevant stakeholders from various levels of authority.

**Qualifications**
- We expect that you hold a Graduation Degree and to have at least 5 years of experience working with project management. A relevant Master’s degree in technology with relevant innovation management connection is a plus.
- It will be good to have experience deploying new products or units across different geographies and an innovation track record working on, or driving, disruptive projects from idea to launch.
- Nice to have experience running incubation or acceleration programmes in complex structures and managing projects and pilots.
- You should also be well-articulated, having at least 2 of the following business skills (oral and written): English, Spanish and Portuguese, being English mandatory.
- it will be a plus if you had the opportunity to work in consulting, startups, venture capital company and with digital healthcare. Also, with an experience running incubation or acceleration programmes in complex structures and managing projects and pilots.

- The Digital Innovation Hubs are a global initiative with a strong anchoring in the Hub regions. The Hub in Latam is a joint effort of Global IT, International Operations and Region Latam, and is led by the Business Innovation Garage, based in Denmark, with a strong link with Digital Data and IT in Latam. The Business Innovation Garage is high growth unit in Novo Nordisk. The team itself is a part of Digital Incubator & Innovation area.
