**Responsibilities**
- Support regional purchaser and team lead on activities as:

- Prepare Documentation for tenders (include technical documentation, comercial)
- Prepare commercial discutions with new suppliers, including NDA signatures and suppliers pre-assestment evaluation.
- Launch and follow up Request for quotations with suppliers
- Perform price analysis evaluation
- SAP deliverables management (purchasing info records and price updates)
- Support on contract closing (preparation and signature)
- Follow up on department KPIS (on time delivery, cost, etc)
- Supplier and master data management (vendor creation and update)

**Qualifications**
- Ongoing studies in the field of (or related to) Supply Chain, Business or Engineering
- Advanced English
- Spanish is desirable and will be needed.
