**About the SAP Internship Experience Project**:
SAP Internship Experience Project is SAP’s global, paid internship program that provides university students with the opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

**About the team**:
The intern will work with the Support Center Lead and Site Coordinator and will assist managers and employees of Support Center Brazil in various administrative tasks.
The intern will have the opportunity to work on global projects inside Support Center Network (SCN) as needed.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**:SAP iXp Intern - SC Brazil Admin
**Location**:São Leopoldo, RS

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Be part of the Communication Crew of SC Brazil, working on presentations & internal communication
- Be the point of contact for communication/marketing activities and materials inside the team;
- Administration of SC Brazil internal portal;
- Ownership of the monthly newsletter;
- Creativity and design skills;
- Organization of internal events;
- Responsible for late shift and weekend transportation, whenever required;
- Responsible for overtime payment reports;
- Create purchase orders;
- Reception and distribution of documents;
- Travel arrangements;
- Assist the Site Coordinator in different tasks;
- Provide support in all ongoing projects and initiatives, being them local (SC Brazil) or global ones (SCN).
**Who you are**:

- Executive secretary or administration degree in course are preferable (2th semester or later or two years to graduation);
- Knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point;
- Excellent communication skills both in Portuguese & English (oral and written);
- Attention to detail and high motivation;
- Collaborative & Team worker.
- No previous experience required, but a year of previous experience in the role is a plus
