**Full Job Description**

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive individual to join our team as a **Director ,** Carrier **Relations**. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Carriers and Data Centers, negotiating contracts, and establishing mutually beneficial partnerships. As a Carrier Relations Director, you strengthen our partnerships with carriers and data center companies to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of services, address service-related issues, and oversee contract negotiations and billing processes.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the company's carrier relations strategy, fostering strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with key carriers and data center companies.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for network enhancements and innovation.
- Assess opportunities for international expansion, evaluating carrier partnerships and data center capabilities in new geographical markets.
- Analyze revenue streams, profitability, and cost structures to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with Carriers and Data Center companies, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with Carriers and Data Center companies to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services, including space & power provisioning, network connectivity, bandwidth, and related services.
- Act as a liaison between customers, Carriers, and Data Center companies, addressing service-related issues such as network outages, service disruptions, or billing discrepancies, and working towards prompt resolutions.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and billing processes with Carriers and Data Center companies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Collaborate and negotiate with Carriers and Data Center companies to evaluate contract renewals, negotiate terms, and explore opportunities for expanding services or coverage areas.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with carrier and Data Center companies' account managers and other key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management regarding carrier and Data Center partnerships, pricing structures, and industry trends.
- Lead and mentor a team of carrier relations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, proactively ensuring compliance and advising internal stakeholders on implications.

**Requirements**:

- +5 years of experience in similar roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- English must be C1 or higher.
- Proven experience in managing carrier and Data Center partnerships at a senior level, including contract negotiations and relationship management
- Demonstrated track record of successfully establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with Carriers and Data Center companies.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and Data Center operations is essential.
- Portuguese/Spanish fluency
