**JOB Mission**:
Services Business development analyst position will work close with the market companies, dealers, and diverse areas in Latin America to develop the services development roadmap, being data-driven oriented to support the services growth plan for the region and also the services transformation journey.

He/she will be responsible to coordinate projects planned on the Services RoadMap, anchoring the expected results with dealers, market companies and the key stakeholders in Latam organization and HQ.

The role is responsible to find new services opportunities for Volvo and Dealers, the intelligence needs to be based on data and advanced analytics tools, this role needs to understand the transport solutions segment and bring the knowledge for Volvo Connected Services development.

Scope and influence
The position of Service Developer reports to the Manager of Service Development & Digitalization, under Services and Customer Experience area. Work closely with top management and other organizational levels in diverse areas in Volvo Trucks and Volvo Group.

**Opportunity description**:
She/he will be the “focus point” for Volvo Connect platform, anchoring the market needs with HQ and the local development organization, securing the boost of Volvo Connect solution within the region.

Work with projects management asset to develop the Connected Services and improve customer experience in cooperation with the Global and Local service development network team.

Based on the Services Roadmap plan, is responsible to align scope, define requirements and the expected business results, anchoring the needs within the commercial organization, dealers, market companies, dealer´s development area, marketing and others related areas.

Responsible to follow the connected services revenue and estimate the long-term plan results.

Manage, implement, and analyze the usage of relevant connectivity data, systems, tools to drive the services RoadMap.

**Recommended Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s in engineering, IT, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Project Management skills and experience with project team coordination.
- Experience with data analysis and preparation, including experience with BI (Business Intelligence)
- Experience with “Service designing” methods.
- Experience in communicating analytics insights in a clear & efficient way both verbally, in written text and ppt presentations
- Substantial logical problem-solving skills using data driven methods
- Experience in agile software processes, data-driven development.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English

Bachelor in Engineering, IT, Business Administration and other related areas, fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish. A lifelong learner, open to learn in a daily basis with cross-functional mindset and team oriented.
