Our Global Sales & Service group includes around 4,000 of our people working across 26 sales companies in 100 countries to bring 95% of our products to market.
Everyone plays their part in lead generation, building customer relationships, closing orders, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Right now, we’ll also focused on digitising ways of working while still retaining a people-first, face-to-face approach. By balancing the benefits of both, we’ll further build strong and deep relationships with our customers and better use the increasing amount of available data to define our sales strategies going forward.

Main purpose of the job / Mission:
We are looking for a person to work with and drive after sales for food systems and business development within multiple regions, who Is driven by delivering good sales performance, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
The job will be focused on Food Systems after sales, which is a association of different services and parts for multiple process technologies. Thus, a good understanding of processing is required, together with component expertise oriented for after sales.
Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Developing sustainable and profitable After sales business in the Latin America for Food Systems.
- Specific focus on service, process audit and parts for associated products sales.
- Co-ordinate proposals, customer RFQs and maintenance of installed base.
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of competitors’ offerings and sales tactics.
- Develop and maintain multiple level contacts to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintains CRM system with up-to-date information on customer visits and quotations.
- Develop and own the business plan for Food systems after sales market, besides providing updated market information to the Business Unit (BU) and local management team.
- Build a heathy pipe-line of service projects and secure orders.
- Work with Engineering & Supply (E&S) to ensure proper hand-over, clear scope, and right costing of services and audits.
- Provide sales estimations and forecast.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and support.
- Self directed, driven and responsible, able to sell standard systems independently.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Cross-cultural awareness.
- Computer skills with Powerpoint, Microsoft products, and Excel.
- Proficient in Portuguese, Spanish and English languages.
Attitude:
- Pro-active & team player.
- Willing to travel. Spending 3-4 days/week visiting customers.
