**Seu papel e responsabilidades**
- "Nossa missão no CIO é criar um ambiente produtivo de nuvem híbrida para IBMistas. Nossa estratégia é liderar com design e experiência do usuário, projetar os sistemas que executam os negócios e inovar para transformar os negócios. Como líder de primeira linha para a equipe
de operações de CIO Z/IT, você liderará uma equipe composta por operadores de computador sênior, de nível médio e júnior que manterão, apoiarão e ajudarão a aprimorar os sistemas de mainframe de missão crítica que apoiarão os principais aplicativos internos da IBM. equipe e fornecerá orientação para manter os principais aplicativos internos da IBM sempre em funcionamento.Você trabalhará com outros líderes e especialistas técnicos e usará seu próprio conhecimento anterior no suporte a aplicativos de missão crítica de grande escala como líder e orientará a equipe para aumentar as habilidades e o conhecimento na plataforma Z. Você também aproveitará a extensa solução de treinamento online da IBM para aprimorar as habilidades da equipe.
Você e a equipe usarão ferramentas como o console Z, Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS), Jira e ServiceNow.

Um dia típico pode incluir:

- Liderar a equipe em tarefas de rotina para resolver incidentes, problemas e manter os principais aplicativos internos da IBM sempre em funcionamento;
- Trabalhando com operadores garantindo em uma ou mais das cinco equipes de Operações, monitorando e controlando a operação de hardware e software do mainframe;
- Orientar a equipe sobre como iniciar e parar as tarefas do sistema, monitorar os consoles do sistema quanto a condições incomuns e trabalhar com a equipe de programação do sistema e controle de produção para garantir a integridade e operação normal dos sistemas;
- Certifique-se de que as cargas de trabalho em lote sejam executadas até a conclusão — sem erros ou atrasos;
- Analisar problemas de primeiro nível para todos os sistemas, resolvendo e roteando conforme apropriado, dando suporte aos processos de gerenciamento de sistemas específicos aos requisitos;
- Liderar a equipe em reuniões stand-up ou emocionantes multifuncionais
- Aprender novas habilidades e aprimorar as já existentes por meio de nosso plano de treinamento. Mais tarde em sua carreira na IBM, você, como todos os funcionários, deve completar pelo menos 40 horas de treinamento por ano, ganhando distintivos, certificações e palestras - Usando os canais
do Slack da IBM para interagir com outros colegas da empresa em intercâmbio comercial, técnicos e sociais"

**Profissional Requerido e Conhecimento Técnico**
- Experiência sólida como gestor de pessoas em uma área de suporte e experiência na carreira de desenvolvimento de pessoas
- Deve ter formação técnica (infraestrutura de TI e sistemas operacionais)
- Experiência anterior em suporte a ambientes de missão crítica de grande escala
- Habilidades de relacionamento com o cliente
- Graduação em área de TI ou experiência equivalente (ciência da computação, segurança da informação, análise de sistemas, etc.)
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação, trabalho em equipe, interesse em aprender novas tecnologias. Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horário flexível, incluindo turno noturno e finais de semana
- Inglês Fluente

**Profissional Preferencial e Conhecimento Técnico**
- Linguagens de programação: JCL, REXX, Python/YAML, SQL, outros seriam considerados um plus
- Compreensão de arquiteturas de software ou de infraestrutura como X86
- Conhecimento de tecnologias de rede
- Experiência em trabalhar com times globais, com pessoas de diversas localidades.
- Autonomia para trabalhar sem supervisão, visando atingir metas pactuadas e com mentalidade inovadora.
