Team Overview:
The Sales Intelligence team is responsible for build and manage the main indicators (OKRs and KPIs), executing the strategic planning. Also we are responsible for execute projects to optimize platform customers usage and their performance, using CRM like the main strategie.We work cross-functionally with Account Receivable, Marketing, CX, BI, Operations and Engineering ensuring that 99Empresas unit it will scale keeping efficiency as a top of mind.We are a looking for a person that is committed with excellence, who identifies with our values and culture, and that is willing to face the challenge to make a better journey for our customers.

Role Responsibilities:

- Develop (CRM) strategy to drive platform usage, engagement, retention, and cross-sell;
- Work with methodologies and execution of A/B tests;
- Lead growth initiatives focused on available communication channels with our users, to ensure increase in performance and to improve user experience;
- Plan, develop and execute tests to identify most efficient channels, ideal target audiences and most effective incentive for specific campaigns;
- Work on CRM calendar, planning and execution;
- Execute quantitative exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities;
- Implement and optimize automated communication flows by defining content, triggers, audience segmentation, channel selection and communications cadence.

Role Qualifications:

- Technical knowledge CRM;
- Differential: Expertise in CRM for B2B channel;
- Experience in HubSpot platform is a plus;
- Hands on profile;
- Experience in SQL is welcome;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge in Google Sheets and Presentations is welcome;
- Focus on operational excellence;

- Strong communication;
- Teamwork.
