The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. **About the Team**:

- If you love to work in marketing, communications, social media and reputation management, are a fast learner and hands-on executer with a positive attitude, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, come to work with us- Planning and production of influencer marketing campaigns;
- Research and identify key influencers, bloggers and online media for always on campaigns on their platforms and also on Shopee's social media channels;
- Develop customized activations with influencers in line with brand and campaign requirements;
- Monitor and analyze influencer’s results, studying quantitative/qualitative metrics as they contribute to the development of the business;
- Track KPI's and communicate results together with the Analytics team;
- Stay on top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media advancements and relevant campaigns;
- Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to influencer marketing;
- Creation and execution of presskits and organic seedings.

**Requirements**:

- Have a good understanding of Social Media and Influencer’s landscape;
- Experience in influencer management;
- Previous experience in developing Brand campaigns will be a bonus;
- Creative and proactive in updating trends and knowledge in social media influencers and social networking;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Reliable and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
