**Responsibilities**:

- Be familiar with the circle of creators and talents, make plans and strategies for creator onboarding, and be responsible for the growing scale and content quality of creators in Helo
- Responsible for collecting new channel creator onboarding, like agencies, MCN, suppliers, and other channels; completing operations tasks including price comparison, screening, negotiation, training, and management of creator suppliers
- Responsible for creator suppliers classification, designing incentive systems in short-term and long-term, guiding and encouraging creators to produce high-quality content, and being responsible for the quantity and quality of supplier channel
- Responsible for connecting with financial and legal departments, formulating and optimizing SOPs such as the signing process and settlement system, and improving the efficiency of creators
- Precipitate and summarize the agency cooperation experience of institutions, continuously update and optimize strategies and methods of creator onboarding, and actively promote the implementation of specific plans
- Responsible for the management of the creator community group, following up on the creators' feedback and problem-solving and improving the creator's satisfaction with the platform
- Collaborate with content, algorithm, product, and other teams to regularly find high-quality original creators, enrich the eco-system of diverse creators
- Bachelor degree or above, fluent in spoken English,
- Working experience in creators/users operations/marketing, etc.
- Working experience with Kol and content creators in MCN institutions is preferred
- Have mature creators, user growth methodology, and practical experience, have creator agency channels, MCN, and other resources as suppliers
- Possess strong project management ability, goal and result orientation, strong self-drive, and responsible for the final results
- Have good communication skills and anti-pressure ability, excellent negotiation, and communication skills, and cross-departmental co-building ability, must be full of passion and resilience
- Familiar with the ecology and operation of Brazilian creators and talents, and have clear research and understanding of Brazilian social media, KOL, and the content industry
