Estamos em busca de alguém que tenha uma mentalidade centrada no **cliente** e seja hábil em estratégias comerciais e táticas para desenvolver e administrar uma carteira de relacionamento com transportadoras. O foco será estabelecer uma conexão próxima com as equipes técnicas, identificar oportunidades e riscos, tudo visando o engajamento dos parceiros transportadores. O objetivo é trabalhar em conjunto para aprimorar integrações, criar materiais comerciais e estratégicos que atendam às necessidades dos nossos clientes.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**

**MISSÃO DO CARGO**

**Como Sr. Customer Success Analyst - Carriers Partnership você será responsável por**:

- Planejar, criar e executar estratégias one to many para atender uma carteira de **parceiros de transportes** de maneira escalável e conduzi-los pela jornada de sucesso, garantindo uma comunicação assertiva e a antecipação de conteúdo | informações necessárias para que tenhamos o melhor relacionamento que beneficie os nossos clientes, como premissas técnicas e informações relevantes sobre o mercado de e-commerce;
- Criar indicadores para acompanhar o engajamento | aderência das estratégias adotadas;
- Criar KPI's para monitorar a integração e engajamento dos transportadores na base;
- Promover ações online para capacitar os transportadores| tirar dúvidas sobre integrações;
- Monitorar a satisfação do transportador, como CSAT e manter o relacionamento de alto nível;
- Criar indicadores preditivos que alertem os transportadores com baixo engajamento ou problemas de integração;
- Focar no crescimento e fortalecimento do transportador na base, entendendo a sua necessidade e mapeando suas operações, com o objetivo de agregar valor e aumentar a saúde da carteira, melhorando a satisfação, garantindo uma parceria harmoniosa entre Intelipost, Transportadores e clientes da base;
- Sugerir e apoiar a construção de processos da área para garantir a governança dos dados;
- Seguir os processos já definidos e colaborar para evoluí-los;
- Criar / mudar processos que não sejam efetivos;
- Ser proativo, tornar a operação previsível e dar visibilidade para toda a empresa da saúde desta carteira (riscos e oportunidades).

**Requisitos e qualificações**

**Para esse desafio você precisa ter**:

- Formação superior completa em STEM, Marketing, Administração ou áreas relacionadas;
- Gerenciamento de projetos;
- Conhecimento em produtos SaaS;
- Conhecimento em logística;
- Conhecimento em e-commerce;
- Conhecimento em soluções para logística e varejo como: TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP, PLATAFORMA, HUB;
- Experiência prévia na área de CS;
- Experiência em como iniciar e manter relacionamento estratégico com parceiros;
- Office avançado;
- Inglês intermediário.
- Disponibilidade para idas esporádicas ao escritório localizado na região da Av. Paulista em São Paulo.

**Diferencial**:

- Ter atuado com relacionamento e projetos com transportadoras.
- Conhecimento sobre integração (EDI, API, WEBSERVICE), termos logísticos (PLP, OCORRENCIAS, PICKING, PACKING, TMS, WMS, OMS)
