We focus on investment performance without the influence of commissions, product incentives, or conflicts of interest, managing capital for a single family while being open to partnering with like-minded families/individuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a solid understanding of our portfolio and gradually take on responsibility for its operational management:
consolidation of results, reconciliations, and preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, building the capability to perform these tasks independently and with precision.
- Maintain accurate and timely portfolio data, ensuring consistency across systems and reports.
- Monitor key KPIs, support decision-making, and contribute to the design of automated routines that improve reporting and controls.
- Apply modeling and data science skills to enhance technical analysis, portfolio analytics, and risk management.
- Contribute to the development of investment theses and asset allocation analysis, with exposure to multiple asset classes.
- Identify opportunities to improve portfolio management processes and strengthen investment strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience working with financial data sets or analytical roles.
- Strong skills in Excel, with proficiency in modeling and data analysis;
experience with Python (or similar programming languages such as R, SQL, or MATLAB) is highly valued.
- Solid understanding of data handling, automation, and visualization tools is a plus.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Genuine interest in finance, investments, and asset management, demonstrated by curiosity and engagement with market trends.
