Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Immigration Case Manager/Paralegal. The primary day-to-day tasks include managing client cases, drafting and reviewing petitions, conducting legal research, preparing and organizing documents, and maintaining client communication. The role also involves coordinating with the managing attorney to develop case strategies, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and assisting clients through each stage of the application process.

Qualifications

- Case management, document preparation, and client communication skills
- Legal education or license to practice law
- Experience with drafting and reviewing immigration petitions and legal documents
- Legal research and knowledge of immigration law
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
