AI Legal Ops Internship at Jumpstart Location: Remote – Brazil Compensation: BRL 3,000/month (with growth potential and future equity opportunities) Hours: 30 per week About us We are not just another legal tech startup. Our product utilizes AI to automate legal workflows, predict case outcomes and provide immigrants with something no one else offers: certainty. If their petition is not approved, they get their money back. We are at the beginning of something massive. We are looking for individuals who want to be part of the journey from 0 to 1, help build a billion-dollar company and own a stake in it. What We’re Looking For We do not care if you have worked at a big firm or have a fancy title. We care if you are: Desperate to learn, willing to move fast, break things and build better. Curious and ambitious, obsessed with the intersection of law, technology and impact. Hungry, driven to help build something huge and take a slice of the upside. Hands-on, ready to work side by side with founders, not sit on the sidelines. What You’ll Do Collaborate with our legal and AI teams to craft compelling legal petitions and recommendation letters. Structure and organize legal evidence so our AI can produce flawless, high-impact documents. Review and refine AI outputs to ensure legal precision and storytelling excellence. Be part of the core team that is rewriting how immigration is done. What You Need Law, Computer Science or related degree in progress. Excellent research and writing skills in Portuguese and English.
