Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive and engaging work environment

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives

• Promote professional development through training programs

• Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and identify development needs

• Manage conflicts and ensure employee satisfaction

• Map and analyze processes in the real estate sector

• Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities

• Implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

• Ensure process standardization and quality

• Leverage tools and technologies to enhance process management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (required)

• Professional English

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Strategic vision and adaptability

• Knowledge of the real estate sector

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Project management experience (preferred)
